The QR code on your phone and a photo ID. Badges are picked up at the entrance.

Important

Do not fly your drone

Operating your own aircraft at the venue or in its surroundings is prohibited. Only authorized Live demonstrations fly.

When does registration open?

It is scheduled for February 2027, when the agenda is published. Those who pre-register will receive the link first.

Do I need to sign up for Academy sessions?

No. Access to EXPODRON Academy is included in your ticket and requires no sign-up. The room seats 120 people and entry is first come, first served until it is full. If the room is full, the session is shown live on a screen next to the room, inside the venue. There is no online streaming.

Is there a special ticket for faculty and students?

No. Faculty and students attend with a general admission ticket, like all other visitors.

Is there a cost to attend?

General admission is CLP 5,000 per day, VAT included, sold through our official ticketing partner, which adds a service fee shown before payment. Participation in the Hosted Buyer Program is free of charge. Press and institutional accreditations are confirmed after review.

Where do I buy my ticket?

From the official EXPODRON ticketing partner, linked from this page once sales open. It is the only authorized channel: your ticket arrives by email with a QR code and your purchase receipt.

Is the event open to the general public?

EXPODRON is a trade event. Priority goes to companies, operators, institutions, academia and press. Capacity is limited and registration closes once each day is full.

Can I register my whole team?

Yes, but each person must register individually: registration is personal and non-transferable.

How do I join the Hosted Buyer Program?

If you received an invitation, use your code when you register. If your company uses or is evaluating drones and you don't have a code, apply here.

Are the demonstrations guaranteed?

No. Each demonstration is subject to technical feasibility, weather conditions and authorization by the competent aviation authority. The EXPODRON Live board shows the status of each one.

Can I bring my own drone?

You can bring it to show an exhibitor, but you may not fly it at the venue or in its surroundings.

I'm a journalist. How do I get accredited?

Choose the "Press" type and enter your media outlet. The organizer validates each request and will confirm by email.

I'm an exhibitor. Where do I get badges for my team?

Exhibitor badges are managed directly with the organizer according to your contract. Write to us at organizacion@expodron.cl.
