1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data collected on this site and at EXPODRON CHILE 2027 is Advanced Aviation Events SpA, tax ID (RUT) 78.514.247-0, with registered address at Av. Nueva Tajamar 481, Torre Norte, office 303, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.

2. What data we collect

Tickets are purchased through the event's official ticketing partner, which acts on behalf of EXPODRON and is also governed by its own terms.
We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include it in message fields.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your request, send you the commercial proposal and Rate Card, and manage any resulting contract.
- To manage your registration, your ticket, and event access and capacity control.
- To review content proposals for EXPODRON Academy and demonstrations for EXPODRON Live.
- To arrange Hosted Buyer Program meetings, when you take part in it.
- To send you event news, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe in every email.
- To measure site usage in order to improve it, only if you accepted analytics cookies.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box in each form; on the pre-contractual and contractual steps you request; and on compliance with legal obligations, such as tax obligations. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We only share it with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Cloudflare), a chat customer-service platform (Chatwoot, on UAS CONTROL servers), an AI virtual assistant (Anthropic, which processes chat messages outside office hours to generate answers), contact management (CRM), email delivery (Google), ticketing and web analytics. They may only use the data to provide that service.
- Hosted Buyer Program exhibitors, only the data needed to schedule the meetings you accept.
- Authorities, when required by law.
If you save an exhibitor's vCard or contact them directly, that data falls under that exhibitor's responsibility.
6. International transfers
Some technology providers may store data on servers outside Chile. In such cases we require adequate protection safeguards in accordance with Chilean law.
7. How long we keep it
- Commercial and contact requests: up to 24 months from the last interaction, to manage this edition and the next.
- Registrations and access records: up to 12 months after the event.
- Newsletter: for as long as you remain subscribed.
- Accounting and contract data: for the periods required by tax law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, objection, portability and temporary blocking of its processing, under Chilean Law No. 19,628 and Law No. 21,719 on personal data protection.
Write to organizacion@expodron.cl stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the personal data protection authority.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, and require the same from our providers.
10. Minors
EXPODRON is a trade event. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.
