2. Use of the site
By using this site you accept these terms. You agree to provide truthful information in forms and not to use the site for unlawful purposes, to send malicious content or to attempt to access unauthorized areas or data.
3. Event information
- Information published about dates, venue, program, exhibitors, speakers and activities is for reference and may change. The current version is the one published on this site.
- The venue will be announced once contractually confirmed.
- The EXPODRON Academy agenda and the EXPODRON Live demo board show preliminary information until confirmed.
4. Flight demonstrations
Every demonstration is subject to technical assessment, operational safety, weather and venue conditions, and authorization by the competent aviation authority. A commercial contract does not guarantee flight authorization. EXPODRON may modify, reschedule or suspend any demonstration for safety reasons.
Attendees are not allowed to fly their own aircraft at the venue or its surroundings.
5. Prices, proposals and contracts
Prices for booths, sponsorship, demonstrations and other services are provided in the commercial proposal. The conditions applicable to each exhibitor or sponsor are those of their contract. No space is considered booked without a signed contract and booking payment.
6. Tickets and registration
Tickets are purchased through the event's official ticketing partner, which is also governed by its own terms. Registrations are personal and non-transferable. Capacity is limited per day and sales or registration close when it is reached. Some categories require prior review. EXPODRON may deny access to anyone who does not comply with the event's safety or conduct rules.
7. Intellectual property
The EXPODRON® brand, logos, texts, designs and other site content belong to Advanced Aviation Events SpA or their respective owners. Media may use materials from the Press Room for informational purposes, citing the source. Any other use requires prior written authorization.
Exhibitor, sponsor and institutional brands and logos belong to their owners and are published with their authorization.
8. Third-party links
The site may include links to exhibitor sites, the ticketing partner, social networks or other third parties. EXPODRON is not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
9. Liability
We strive to keep site information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Exhibitor profiles and information are provided by each exhibitor, who is responsible for their content.
10. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, without prejudice to the rights granted by law to consumers.
